We currently offer two types of pet brushes:

  • Steam Pet Brush: Provides a gentle steam mist for deeper cleaning and easier detangling.

Both brushes are made with pet-safe materials and designed for your pet’s comfort.

Is the Self Cleaning Pet Brush easy to use?
Absolutely! Brush your pet as usual and press the button to remove collected hair instantly.

How do I use the Steam Pet Brush?
Follow these easy steps:

  1. Turn the handle 360° to expose the tank cover.
  2. Open the water tank cap and fill it with approximately 20ml of water (do not use hot water to avoid damage).
  3. Add a no-rinse essence if desired and close the lid tightly.
  4. Click the button to release a gentle mist.
  5. Comb your pet’s hair horizontally for clean results.
  6. Tilt the comb downward to remove loose hair.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery time: 6–14 business days after dispatch (depending on your location or holidays).

Do you offer order tracking?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number by email within 24–48 hours after shipment. Track your order anytime using our Order Tracking Page.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working to expand internationally—stay tuned!

Is shipping free?

·         FREE shipping on U.S. orders over $30 (applied automatically at checkout).

·         Orders under $30 will have a small shipping fee calculated at checkout.

What if my order is lost or damaged?
Contact our support team at support@petsfavoritebrush.com within 30 days of shipment for a replacement or refund, subject to availability and inspection.

Can I use a PO Box or APO/FPO military address?
Unfortunately, our shipping partners are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team.

I messed up my shipping address. What should I do?
No worries! Please contact us immediately at support@petsfavoritebrush.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The correct shipping address

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll update the address. However, once the parcel has been shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes.

Press the button to remove hair from the brush head after each use. For deeper cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth.

How do I maintain the Steam Pet Brush?

  • Always empty the water tank after use.
  • Clean the tank with warm water regularly.
  • Do not submerge the brush in water.

What if the steam function isn’t working?

  • Check if the water tank is filled.
  • Ensure the lid is tightly closed.
  • Press and hold the mist button firmly.

Do not attempt to repair the brush yourself, as this voids the warranty.
